The octagonal tower, at the intersection of Muñoz Rivera Ave. and Chardón St., provides a gateway into the downtown area.
Vehicular access from the north provides both curbside drop-off access at Muñoz Rivera Ave. and on-site covered drop-off area at the rear of the office building.
Planters and steps provide a visual focus for the expansive raised plaza and the building’s main entryway. Landscape materials have been selected for their changing seasonal color.
The exterior paving materials, a tri-color blending of cut-stone paving, mimic the colors of the building’s interior in a coarser texture.
The office building’s exterior skin is composed of warm-toned pre-cast concrete that uses aggregate stone from PR and blue–blue green reflective glass. The pre-cast stone panels have a contrasting vertical-ribbed center section that visually lightens them. The facade’s granite cladding highlights the back entry and the main entry.
The main front lobby is two stories tall and affords amazing views. The flooring’s intricate weave is composed of imported, polished & patterned granite in three complementary colors: Tropical Green, India Rose and Black Absolute. The lobby walls and columns are clad in Tropical Green granite. The ceiling is accented by cove lights and direct-down lighting.
Due to the core’s compact design, a typical floor offers flexible space planning. The building’s structure has been upgraded in select areas to allow for tenant’s heavy floor loading, such as filing rooms, libraries & others. In addition, each floor’s southeast quadrant was designed to allow interconnecting staircases to accommodate multi-floor tenants.
